We have been established for over 10 years and hold ourselves out as a boutique adjusting firm. We are looking to expand and are seeking BC Level 2/3 licensed Insurance Adjusters who want to set up their own practice, want to work for themselves BUT not by themselves.

If you have ever thought about taking your one or two accounts and opening up your own practice, but were worried about back up in the busy times or who would look after your files when you went on vacation, you should consider joining us.

If you desire the freedom that “going on your own” and working from home would bring without the corporate BS, then you should consider L. Rush Adjusters.

Each adjuster at L. Rush Adjusters has their own clients and operates their own practice, however we cover for each other during busy and vacation times.

We offer the following:

1.         80% commission – paid on NET FEES, paid when you get paid.

2.         Website and email account - No Charge.

3.         Vancouver Address

4.         Support for those “what do you think about this?” questions.

5.         Co-op advertising.

6.         Shared E & O premiums.

You offer the following:

1.         Level 2/3 BC Adjusters License.

2.         Ability to bring your own clients/accounts.

3.         Ability to set up your own home office, complete with fax machine, internet access and telephone.

4.         Enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit.

In addition, we can provide secretarial support if and when required for a small hourly charge.

You also can take advantage of excellent tax deductions, reduce your overall operating costs and spend more time at home with your family or skiing without having “big brother” looking over you.

We are primarily interested in adjusters that are located throughout the Metro Vancouver area, but will consider proposals from all areas of the Province.

Total cost to bring your business to L. Rush Adjusters and join our team is:

1.         Vancouver office address - $15.00 per month

2.         E & O Insurance – we divide the premium equally between all the adjusters.

3.         Advertising, we don’t do a lot, but again divided up equally between all adjusters.

4.         20% of your net fee………COMPARE THAT TO WHAT YOU ARE EARNING IN YOUR CURRENT SITUATION.
